Fire hydrants shall be installed along <br /> McKinley Street at the time of utility construction with <br /> maximum spacing of 500 feet apart. <br /> <br /> d. Sanitary Sewer, Water and Storm Sewer. The CITY will <br /> construct within the McKinley Street right-of-way <br /> watermain and storm sewer facilities. In addition as <br /> previously stated, the sanitary sewer trunk already is <br /> constructed and located within said right-of-way. The <br /> CITY will construct within the permanent utility easement <br /> watermain facilities in addition to the sanitary sewer <br /> main facilities already located within said permanent <br /> easement. <br /> <br /> III. <br /> <br /> LANDOWNERS~ PAYMENT FOR THE UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS <br /> <br /> 5. Sanitary Sewer and Water Utility Availability Payments. <br />At the time connection is made to the sewer and water utilities to <br />be constructed in the McKinley Street right-of-way, LANDOWNERS or <br />their assigns will pay the CITY'S then current S.A.S. for sanitary <br />sewer trunk and water trunk availability. The CITY'S 1990 S.A.S <br />charge for this benefit was $7,463.00 per acre of commercial or <br />industrial property. Said present surcharge is adjusted annually <br />based on Engineering News Record Cost Index. The principal amount <br />of the S.A.S. plus accrued interest will be made over a ten (10) <br />year term. In addition, the LANDOWNERS will pay to the CITY any <br />water and sewer lateral utility benefits in accordance with the <br />then utility payment policies of the CITY with payment for said <br />benefits to commence to accrue at the time of connection to the <br /> <br />water and sewer system. <br /> <br /> IV. <br /> <br /> GENERAL <br /> <br />6.
