Recommendation: <br /> <br />Section 9.03.04 of the Ramsey City Code states that expiration dates may be placed on conditional <br />use permits. The Planning and Zoning Commission has recommended that Mr. Munter's request <br />for a conditional use permit be approved with an expiration date of May 15, 1993, a time by which <br />Mr. Munter should have submitted a site plan to the City for approval that includes development of <br />a permanent storage area on site that meets code requirements in addition to building plans. It <br />should also be noted that the Planning and Zoning Commission has recommended that the vision <br />obstruction strips to be woven through the cyclone fencing be installed on the south and east sides <br />of the fence versus the south and west sides as proposed by Mr. Munter. <br /> <br />Council Action: <br /> <br />Motion to: <br />Adopt Findings of Fact ~ relating to Roger Munter's request for a conditional use <br />permit to utilize Lot 1, Block 1, HY-10 Ramsey for exterior storage purposes. <br /> <br />-and- <br /> <br />Motion to: <br />Approve/deny Mr. Roger Munter's request for a conditional use permit to have exterior <br />storage as a principal use of proper9, in the Rural Industrial District in accordance with the <br />recommendations of the Planning and Zoning Commission on February 5, 1991. <br /> <br />Review Checklist: <br /> <br />CC: 2,27/91 <br /> <br />Zoning Administrator <br />Planning and 2kming Commission <br /> <br /> <br />
