The motion for the adoption of the foregoing findings of fact was made by <br />Commissioner Deemer and was duly seconded by Commissioner LaDue and upon vote <br />being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />LaDue, Hendrickson, Zimmerman, Deemer, Terry, Thorud. <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None. <br /> <br />and the following abstained: None. <br /> <br />and the following were absent: Bawden. <br /> <br />whereupon said findings of fact were amended and declared duly passed and adopted <br />by the Planning and Zoning Commission this the 21st day of March, 1991. <br /> <br />CONCLUSION <br /> <br />On the basis of the foregoing Findings, the Planning and Zoning Commission <br />concludes that the proposed use does comply with the requirements of the City Code <br />sections 170.01:3D and accordingly recommends approval of the application for a <br />Conditional Use Permit by Aluminum Recycling, Inc. <br /> <br />The motion to recommend approval of the application for a Conditional Use Permit <br />was made by Commissioner Deemer and was duly seconded by Commissioner Terry <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />LaDue, Hendrickson, Zimmerman, Deemer, Terry, Thorud. <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None. <br /> <br />and the following abstained: None. <br /> <br />and the following were absent: Bawden. <br /> <br /> <br />
