March 21, 1991 PROPOSED CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT (CUP) ALUMINUM RECYCLING, INC. On April __, 1991, a conditional use permit ("CUP") was issued by the City of Ramsey ("City") to Aluminum Recycling Processing, Inc. ("Permit Holder") to operate an aluminum processing plant in the B/W Business Warehouse District on approximately 2.58 acres of land legally described as follows: Lot 2, Block 1, Gateway North Industrial Park Plat 1. This permit is issued pursuant to Section 170.013D of the Ramsey City Code. The conditions of this permit are as follows: Term. This permit shall remain in effect so long as the conditions imposed herein are complied with. Noise. Noises emanating from the site and operations shall be in compliance with and regulated by the State of Minnesota Pollution Control Standards, Minnesota Rules 7010.0010 to 7010.0080, as amended except as modified herein by City performance requirements. 0 Dust/Ash/Particulates. The emission of dust, ash or other particulate matter shall be in compliance with and regulated by the State of Minnesota Pollution Control Standards, Minnesota Rules 7005.0010 - 7005.0080, 7005.2770 subp. 2.A., and 40 CFR Part 50 as amended except as modified herein by City performance requirements. ., Odor. The emission of odor from the operation shall be in compliance with and regulated by the State of Minnesota Pollution Control Standards, Minnesota Rules 7005.0920, as amended except as modified herein by City performance requirements. 0 Smoke. The emission of smoke from the operation shall be in compliance with and regulated by the State of Minnesota Pollution Control Standards, Minnesota Regulation 7005.0480 subp. 1.B., as amended except as modified herein by City performance requirements.
