REQUEST FOR ADJUSTb,~ENT TO ESCROW ACCOUNT CHARGES By: Glen Rychner ~ :feel I have been charged more than an equitable amount of money for charges by the City of Ramsey to acquire a Condition- al Use Permit. My reasons are as follows: The Findings of Fact were fundamentally flawed from the onset of this process. I began the process 10-16-90. The Fact the land abutted an R-1 residental area was omitted until the 12-6-90 Findings of Fact. It was incorporated at that time only whgn the ordinance was referenced in a memo from Bill Goodrich on 12-4-90 (attached). It should have been made known to me and, at the least, included in the first writing. The business I operate cannot function without some out- side storage Had I known of this restriction init- ially; I would have abandoned the application on this parcel. I feel that application of Ordinance 90-05 to this business is/was not appropriate.
