The licensee's death; <br /> <br />A change in the legal status making it unlawful <br />for the licensed business to continue. <br /> <br />Subdivision 5. Granting of License <br /> <br />The City Administrator shall investigate all facts <br />set out in the application. Opportunity shall be <br />given to any person to be heard for or against the <br />granting of the license. After such investigation <br />and administrative hearing, the City Administrator <br />shall grant or refuse the application. <br /> <br />Each license shall be issued to the applicant only <br />and shall not be transferable to another holder. <br />Each license shall be issued only for the premises <br />described in the application. No license may be <br />transferred to another place without the approval <br />of the City Administrator. <br /> <br />Existing Licensees Compliance. Ail existing adult <br />use businesses shall be required to conform with <br />this provision on or before June 30, 1991. Failure <br />to comply will result in the license being revoked <br />effective 12:00 midnight July 15, 1991. <br /> <br />Subdivision 6. Applicants Ineligible for License· <br /> <br />a. No license shall be granted to or be held by any person: <br /> <br />1. Under twenty-one (21) years of age; <br /> <br />Who has been convicted of violating any law of this <br />State or local ordinance relating to sex offenses <br />and/or adult uses. <br /> <br />Who is not the proprietor of the establishment for <br />which the license is issued. <br /> <br />be <br /> <br />No license shall be granted to or be held by any <br />corporation which corporation has a shareholder owning <br />more than five percent (5%) of the outstanding stock of <br />the corporation and which shareholder is a person: <br /> <br />1. Under twenty-one (21) years of age and/or; <br /> <br />Who has been convicted of violating any law of this <br />State or local ordinance relating to sex offenses <br />and/or adult uses. <br /> <br />In addition, a license shall not be issued to a <br /> <br />7 <br /> <br /> <br />
