Granting of License The City Administrator shall investigate all facts set out in the application. Opportunity shall be given to any person to be heard for or against the granting of the license. After such investigation and administrative hearing, the City Administrator shall grant or refuse the application. Each license shall be issued to the applicant only and shall not be transferable to another holder. Each license shall be issued only for the premises described in the application. No license may be transferred to another place without the approval of the City Administrator. Existing Licensees Compliance. Ail existing adult use businesses shall be required to conform with this provision on or before June 30, 1991. Failure to comply will result in the license being revoked effective 12:00 midnight July 15, 1991. Subdivision 6. Applicants Ineligible for License· a. No license shall be granted to or be held by any person: 1. Under twenty-one (21) years of age; Who has been convicted of violating any law of this State or local ordinance relating to sex offenses and/or adult uses. Who is not the proprietor of the establishment for which the license is issued. be No license shall be granted to or be held by any corporation which corporation has a shareholder owning more than five percent (5%) of the outstanding stock of the corporation and which shareholder is a person: 1. Under twenty-one (21) years of age and/or; Who has been convicted of violating any law of this State or local ordinance relating to sex offenses and/or adult uses.
