corporation which corporation is not the proprietor of <br />the establishment for which the license is issued. <br /> <br />Ce <br /> <br />No license shall be granted to or be held by any <br />partnership which partnership has a partner owning more <br />than five percent (5%) of the partnership, and which <br />partner is a person: <br /> <br />1. Under twenty-one (21) years of age and/or; <br /> <br />Who has been convicted of violating any law of this <br />State or local ordinance relating to sex offenses <br />and/or adult uses. <br /> <br />In addition, a license shall not be issued to a <br />partnership which partnership is not the proprietor of <br />the establishment for which the license is issued. <br /> <br />Subdivision 7. Places Ineligible for License° <br /> <br />No license shall be granted for adult uses on any <br />premises where a licensee has been convicted of a <br />violation of this Section 7.15, or where any license <br />hereunder has been revoked for cause, until one (1) <br />year has elapsed after such conviction or <br />revocation. <br /> <br />No Adult Use-Principal premise or part thereof shall <br />be licensed or permitted to operate under an <br />existing license which contains: <br /> <br />Partitions between subdivisions of a room, <br />portion or part of a building, structure or <br />premises having an aperture which is designed <br />or constructed to facilitate sexual activity <br />between persons on either side of the <br />partition. <br /> <br />Booths, stalls, or partitioned portions of a <br />room, or individual rooms, used for the viewing <br />of motion pictures or other forms of <br />entertainment, having doors, curtains or portal <br />partitions, unless such booths, stalls, <br />partitioned portions of a room, or individual <br />rooms so used shall have at least one side open <br />to an adjacent public room so that the area <br />inside is visible to persons in the adjacent <br />public room.
