The cost of recycling is charged to the residents by the hauler in their refuse bill. <br /> <br />Linwood - Population 3,585 - Drop-off is the only recycling service available to residents. <br /> <br />Oak Grove - Population 5,438 - Drop-off is the only recycling service available to residents. Oak <br />Grove is a township, so discussion is underway to determine how SCORE applies. <br /> <br />Ramsey - Population 12,382 - Provides curbside service on a twice per month basis for all <br />households in the City. The cost of recycling is paid by the City. <br /> <br />St. Francis - Population 2,531 - Drop-off is the only recycling service available to residents. <br /> <br />Spring Lake Park - Population 6,509 - Provides curbside service on a twice per month basis for all <br />households in the City.
