10. <br /> <br />11. <br /> <br />12. <br /> <br />13. <br /> <br />The permittee shall provide a policy of insurance in the sum of at least $300,000 for injury <br />to one person and $500,000 for one accident and at least $100,000 for property damage. <br />Said policy shall be for the full period of the permit and shall provide for 10 days prior <br />notice to the City Clerk by Registered Mail of termination, cancellation or amendment of <br />said policy. <br /> <br />The permittee shall provide a guarantee in the amount of at least $50,000. The surety <br />provided in the amount of $300,000 to cover the construction of the adjacent golf course <br />may be permitted to be used in fulfillment of this requirement as long as the surety is <br />specifically authorized to be used for this purpose. <br /> <br />Dewatering is specifically prohibited within the scope of this conditional use permit. <br /> <br />Monitoring wells shall be installed by the permittee according to specifications of the <br />Department of Natural Resources and monitoring of water levels shall be done a frequency <br />designated by that agency. <br /> <br />All costs incurred by the City in executing and administering this conditional use permit <br />shall be borne by the pemfittee. <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />! <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />! <br />I <br /> <br /> <br />
