Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />! <br />! <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #91-04- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING AN EXTENSION TO THE FILING OF THE FINAL <br />PLAT TIME FRAME FOR CARR ADDITION PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT <br />(P.U.D.) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey granted preliminary plat approval to Carr Addition <br />P.U.D. on December 19, 1989; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Ramsey City Code states that failure to file the final plat with the Zoning <br />Officer within twelve months of preliminary plat approval, unless an extension is granted by City <br />Council, shall result in voiding the prelimina.ry plat; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City received a letter from Irving Cart, developer of Cart Addition on <br />September 19, 1990, requesting an extension to the final plat filing time frame for Carr Addition to <br />allow time to obtain access to County Road #83; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City granted an extension to the final plat filing time frame for the Cart <br />Addition to December 31, 1990; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the developer of Ca.rr Addition requested an additional extension to file the <br />final plat with the City's Zoning Administrator to allow more time to obtain access to County Road <br />#83 from the proposed plat. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council granted an extension to the final plat filing time <br />frame for Carr Addition to February 28, 1991; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City received a letter from Irving Cart, developer of Cart Addition on <br />April 5, 1991, requesting an extension to the final plat filing time frame for Cart Addition to allow <br />time to acquire property for access to County Road #83. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA; as follows: <br /> <br />That the Ramsey City Council hereby pants an extension to the final plat filing time kame <br />for Cart Addition to October 23, 1991. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br /> <br />
