Councilmember inn'oduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #91-04- RESOLUTION GRANTING AN EXTENSION TO THE FILING PLAT TIME FRAME FOR RIVER BLUFFS PLANNED UNIT (P.U.D.) OF THE FINAL DEVELOPMENT WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey granted preliminary plat approval to River Bluffs on December 19, 1989; and WHEREAS, Ramsey City Code states that failure to file the final plat within twelve months of preliminary plat approval, unless an extension is granted by City Council, shall result in voiding the plat; and WHEREAS, the City received a letter from Jack Miller, developer of River Bluffs on October 15, 1990 requesting an extension to the final plat filing time frame for River Bluffs to allow more time to develop a plan to preserve the natural aspects of the property; and WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council granted an extension to the final plat filing time frame for Rivers Bluffs to December 31, 1990. WHEREAS, the City received a letter from Jack Miller, developer of River Bluffs on April 9, 1991, requesting an extension to the final plat filing time for River Bluffs to allow additional time to develop a plan to preserve the natural aspects of the property. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: That the Ramsey City Council hereby ~ants an extension to the final plat filing time frame for River Bluffs to August 30, 1991. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the R~msey Citv Council this :i~ '"5rd day of April, 1991.
