I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />ASSESSMENT AGREEMENT - CHESTNUT HILLS <br /> <br />ARTICLE III <br /> <br />IMPROVEMENTS <br /> <br />The City will construct the Public Improvements described in paragraph 4 of <br />the Agreement pursuant to its regular methods of making improvements. <br />The Developer agrees that special assessments for said Public Improvements <br />may be levied by the City, without Developer's objection, after construction <br />is commenced, and that the City may recover its costs and expenses <br />(including legal, fiscal and engineering). The special assessments will be <br />payable in equal installments together with interest thereon as determined <br />by the City over a period of five (5) years and further upon those terms as <br />required in the Agreement. <br /> <br />A-3 <br /> <br /> <br />
