ASSESSMENT AGREEMENT - CHESTNUT HILLS <br /> <br />ARTICLE IV <br /> <br />ESTIMATED CONSTRUCTION COST AND ESTIMATED ASSESSMENTS <br /> <br />The estimated construction cost of the Improvements, as estimated by the <br />City Engineer, is as follows: <br /> <br />Trunks (Sanitary and Water) <br /> Standard Trunk Charge* <br /> Special Trunk Assessment** <br />Sewer Lateral, Water Lateral, <br /> Stormwater, Streets and Trails, <br /> Park, Overhead*** <br /> <br />$135,700 <br />193,615 <br /> <br />100t300 <br /> <br />TOTAL ~29,615 <br /> <br />$1,357/1ot X 100 lots: $135,700 <br />Total Special Trunk Assessment is $515,015, assessed against all <br />properties within the TIF District (266 lots). <br />$1,936.15/lot X 100 lots: $193,615. <br />Total costs are $7t6,430 assuming development of 100 lots. Costs <br />are apportioned for lots in the current Plat: $7,164.30/lot x 14 lots: <br />$100,300. <br /> <br />The estimated assessments in the amount of $429,615 shall be levied against <br />the !~lat as follows: <br /> <br />Lot and Block <br /> <br />Total Estimated <br />Assessment <br /> <br />Lots through , Block ~ $ 146,404 <br />Outlots ~ 283 ~ .211 <br /> <br />$ 429,615 <br /> <br />ARTICLE V <br /> <br />TEMPORARY EASEMENT RIGHT TO INSTALL IMPROVEMENTS <br /> <br />The Developer, by signing this Assessment Agreement, gives the City right <br />of access on all of the Subject Property to install the Improvements referred <br />to herein.
