OF THE CITY OCDE ENTITLED <br />~LICENSINGAND PERMITS" BY THE AMENDMENTOF SETION 7.01.10 ENTITLED <br /> <br />The City of Ramsey ordains: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. AMENDMENT <br /> <br />Section 7.01.10 of the Ramsey City Code entitled "Fees" is amended <br />to provide as follows: <br /> <br />7.01.10 Fees. The various license fees required by Chapter <br />7 of the City Code shall be those license fees as set from <br />time to time by City Council resolution. The City Council <br />shaI1 adopt said resolution at its second regularly scheduled <br />meeting 'in January of each year. However, in addition, the <br />City Council may at other times amend its resolution setting <br />license fees as it deems necessary. The license fee estab- <br />lished by city Council resolution shall continue to be the <br />required license fee until amended by a City Council <br />resolution. <br /> <br />SECTION 2.
