The boundary of our jurisdiction or the ordinary <br />high water elevation (OHW) is between 856 and 858 feet. Since no <br />grading or construction is planned below this elevation, no DNR <br />permits would be required. <br /> <br />We also have no floodplain or shoreland concerns with this project. <br />Thank you for the opportunity to review this proposal.
