I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I CITY OF RAMSEY DEVELOPMENT PERMIT LORD OF LIFE LUTHERAN CHURCH On , 1991, Site Plan approval was granted by the City of Ramsey ("City") to Lord of Life Lutheran Church, a Minnesota Nonprofit, Chapter 317, Corporation, ("Permittee") to constamct a 21,500 square foot building ("Structures") on the property which is legally described as follows: That part of the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 25, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, described as Beginning at the Southwest comer of said Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter, thence North 0 degrees 07 minutes 22 seconds West along the West line thereof for 1065.24 feet; thence North 89 degrees 21 minutes 46 seconds East for 471.45 feet; thence South 0 degrees 38 minutes 14 seconds East for 266.00 feet; thence North 89 degrees 21 minutes 46 seconds East for 469.83 feet to the centerline of State Trunk Highway No. 47; thence South 11 degrees 49 minutes 52 seconds East, along centerline for 338.94 feet, more or less, to intersect the North line of the South 466.70 feet of the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter; thence South 89 degrees 21 minutes 46 seconds West along said North line of the South 466.70 feet for 436.71 feet to intersect a line at right angles from said South line of the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter from a point thereon a distance of 741.22 feet west of the Southeast comer of the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter; thence South 0 degrees 38 minutes 14 seconds East along said line at right angles for 466.70 feet to said South line; thence South 89 degrees 21 minutes 46 seconds West along said South line for 579.93 feet, more or less, to the Point Of Beginning. For the purposes of this description said South line of the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter is assumed to bear South 89 degrees 21 minutes 46 seconds West. Subject to that part thereof taken for said State Trunk Highway No. 47 over and across the east 33 feet thereof as measured at right angles to said centerline. The east 200 feet of the south 1,386 feet of the West Half of the Northwest Quarter of Section 25, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota lying northerly of the centerline of County Road No. 5 as the same is now laid out and travelled. PIN: 25-32-25-24-0003 ("Site") The west 20 feet of the East 220 feet of the South 1,386 feet of the West half of the Northwest Quarter of Section 25, Township 32, Range 25, lying northerly of the centerline of County Road No. 5, as the same is now laid out and traveled, except that part taken for highway by Anoka County on July 4, 1973. This approval is issued pursuant to Section 9.03.06 of the Ramsey City COde. The conditions of this approval are as follows: STRUCTURES. The Structures shall be constructed as shown on the plans dated March 15, 1991 and revised on April 22, 1991 and received at the City on April 25 1991. Said plans consist of one sheet; sheet 1 contains the plans for the structure to be used for office, and worship. Alt building plans must be prepared and certified by a registered engineer or architect. STATE BUILDING CODE COMPLIANCE. The Structures shall be constructed in accordance with the requirements of the State Building COde.
