! <br />! <br /> <br />ORDINANCE #91- <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 7 OF THE CITY OCDE ENTITLED <br />-LICENSIN~AND PERMITS" BY THE AMENDMENT OF SETION 7.01.10 ENTITLED <br />"FEEB". <br /> <br />The city of Ramsey ordains: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. AMENDMENT <br /> <br />Section 7.01.10 of the Ramsey City Code entitled "Fees" is amended <br />to provide as follows: <br /> <br />7.01.10 Fees. The various license fees required by Chapter <br />7 of the City Code shall be those license fees as set from <br />time to time by City Council resolution. The City Council <br />shall adopt said resolution at its second regularly scheduled <br />meeting in January of each year. However, in addition, the <br />City Council may at other times amend its resolution setting <br />license fees as it deems necessary. The license fee estab- <br />lished by City Council resolution shall continue to be the <br />required license fee until amended by a City Council <br />resolution. <br /> <br />SECTION 2.
