Goodrich, City Attorney <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: <br /> <br />You will recall that May 14, 1991, you introduced an Ordinance <br />permitting the license fees required by Chapter 7 of the City Code <br />to be adopted by resolution. That ordinance is presented to you <br />for adoption.
