Recommendation: <br /> <br />It is recommended the City of Ramsey establish a Landfill Siting Process Research Committee <br />comprised of two councilmembers, the City Administrator and the City Engineer to study <br />CCRHF0303 and meet with Anoka County representatives for the purpose of assisting in the <br />planning process for the metropolitan landfill siting and making recommendations in this regard <br />to the Council. <br /> <br />It is further recommended the City of Ramsey Council adopt the attached Resolution #91-05-XX <br />"City of Ramsey Urges Anoka County Board to Adopt Local Option Sales Tax" and that a copy of <br />this resolution be transmitted to the Anoka County Board for receipt on or before June 10, 1991. <br /> <br />Council Action: <br /> <br />To appoint Councilmembers and and the City Engineer <br />and City Administrator to a Landfill Siting Process Research Committee.
