[TEMPORARY DEVELOPMENT RIG~TS.] <br />8 If temporarydeve~opment rights have been p~rchased by a <br />9 cpunty under Minnesota Statutes, sectipn 473.8~6, subdivisign 24 <br />I0 the landowner may elect to repurchase the development rig~t~ <br />11 from the county for a price 9qual to the compensation DaSd by <br />12 the county p~orated over the remai~inq period of the development <br />13 ri~ts. <br /> <br />14 Sec. 86. ['USE OF BOND PROCEEDS.] <br />22 Until December !, i~92, with the approval of the <br />23 metropolitan council, counties enuaged in environmental analy~.%s <br />24 of solid waste disposal sites as of January 1, 1989, under <br />25 Minnesota Statutes, section 473.833, subdivision 2a, may use <br /> <br />26 proceeds of the council's solid waste bonds issued before the <br /> <br />27 eff'ective date of section 87, paragraph. (.b), for sealinq of <br /> <br />2~ monitorinc wells and other measures to restore the candidate <br /> <br />29 sites for productive use. <br />30 Sec. 88. [ADDITION TO REPORT.] <br />3!. The director of the office of waste manaqement shall <br /> <br />32 include in the 1992 solid waste manacement policy report <br /> <br />33 r~cuired under Minnezota Statutes, section 1!5A.411, an ana!ys.is <br /> <br />34 of mro~ress made toward the implementation of nationwide <br /> <br />35 labeiin~ of products and paQkaq~ng to address environmental <br /> <br />36 concerns.
