CASE <br /> <br /> ADOPT ORDINANCE TO REZONE CERTAIN PROPERTY <br /> TO R-3 URBAN RESIDENTIAL; <br />CASE OF LORD OF LIFE CHURCH AND ROBERT AND JANET BERNSTROM <br />By: Zoning Administrator Sylvia Frolik <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />As you recall, on May 28, 1991, the City Council adopted findings of fact and introduced an <br />ordinance to rezone certain property in Section 25 to R-3 Urban Residential to permit the <br />development of a new church for Lord of Life. <br /> <br />Observations: <br /> <br />The ordinance is now eligible for formal adoption.
