I have personally, in response to a citizen complaint <br />recently, observed premises within the City of Ramsey which in my <br />opinion fits the description of those premises discussed in the <br />material I have reviewed which was the basis for similar ordinances <br />in the City of Minneapolis and other cities. <br /> <br /> 7.
