District No. 5)

Dear Ryan:

As requested at our meeting on June 7, 1991, I am writing this
letter to summarize the status of trunk sanitary sewer project
(I.P. 90-14) and lateral projects within Tax Increment District No.
5. Also included is a projected schedule for continuing the
project.

A public hearing for I.P. 90-14 was held on May 22, 1990 and the
preparation of plans and specifications were ordered following the
public hearing. At the time of ordering the trunk plans and
specifications, the intent of the developers was to proceed as fast
as possible with final plats and have the City construct laterals
within their plats by June of 1991.

Public hearings for Cedar Hills (I.P. 90-19) Chestnut Hills (I.P.
90-20) and Windemere Woods (I.P. 90-21) were held on June 12, 1990.
The resolution ordering preparation of plans and specifications for
I.P.'s 90-19, 90-20 and 90-21 was not adopted until August 14, 1990
since the developers had not provided for an alternate access to
Industry Avenue or Sunfish Lake Boulevard. The alternate access
was approved on August 14, 1990 with the preliminary plat approval
of Chestnut Pond.

222 Monroe Street
Anoka, Minnesota 55303

612/427-5860
Fax 612/427-3401
