I I I I I i I I I I I I I I I I I I I Council member adoption: introduced the following resolution and moved for its RESOLUTION ~)I-07-XX RESOLUTION APPROVING ABATEMENT OF A SPECIAL ASSESSMENT WHEREAS, the City Finance Office has confn'med the 1990 abatement was not submitted to the County after Council approval by the Finance Office at the City of Ramsey, a Special Assessment of Project #89-02, City Fund g0430, County Fund #1664, payable in 1991, against PIN: 02-32-25-22-0008; and WHEREAS, the payment payable in 1991 is shown on the County Tax Roles in the amount of Five Hundred Forty Dollars and Forty cents ($540.40); and WHEREAS, no special assessment for Project #89-02, PIN: 02-32-25-22-0008 should be payable for 1991. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the City of Ramsey hereby approves abatement of special assessment in the amount of $540.00 for PIN: 02-32-25-22-0008 against Project #89-02, payable in 1991. 2) That the City Council of Ramsey hereby instructs the Finance Officer to process all paperwork as required by the Anoka County Auditor's Office in this regard and to notify the property owner involved of the Council's action. The motion for the Councilmember favor thereof: adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 9th day of July, 1991.
