Councilmember adoption: introduced the following resolution and moved for its RESOLUTION g91-07-XX RESOLUTION APPROVING ABATEMENT OF A SPECIAL ASSESSMENT WHEREAS, the City Finance Office has confu'med that the City of Ramsey's Resolution ~g:91-03-061 directs amendments to a Special Assessment of Project #89-15A, City Fund g0430, County Fund #1735, payable in 1991, against PIN: 34-32-25-42-0003; and WHEREAS, the initial amount as certified to the County of Fourteen Thousand and Fifty Six Dollars and Twenty Cents ($14,056.20) was amended by Council to be Seven Thousand Twenty Eight Dollars and Ten Cents ($7,028.10); and WHEREAS, the amount of Seven Thousand Twenty Eight Dollars and Ten Cents ($7,028.10) is to be deferred until property is subdivided; and WHEREAS, the payment payable in 1991 is shown on the County Tax Roles in the amount of Three Thousand Thirty Nine Dollars and Eighty One Cents ($3,039.81); and WHEREAS, no special assessment for Project #89-15A, PIN: 34-32-25-42- 0003, should be payable for 1991. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, follows: THE CITY COUNCIL FOR STATE OF MINNESOTA, as 1) That the City of Ramsey hereby approves abatement of the special assessment in the amount of $3,039.81 for PIN: 34-32-25-42-0003 against Project #89-15A, payable in 1991. 2) That the City Council of Ramsey hereby inslructs the Finance Officer to process all paperwork as required by the Anoka County Auditor's Office in this regard and to notify the property owner involved of the Council's action. The motion for the Councilmember favor thereof: adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 9th day of July, 1991.
