LOYALTY <br /> <br />Loyalty to the City and to associates is an important factor in Staff morale and efficiency. <br />Staff members should maintain a loyalty to the City and their associates as is consistent <br />with law, personal ethics and professional standards. <br /> <br />CRITICISM OF CITY Constructive criticism of any department, operation, <br /> <br />employee or policy of local government is encouraged.
