COURTESY AND COOPERATION <br /> <br />WITH THE PUBLIC Staff members shall be courteous to the public. Staff members shall <br />be tactful in the performance of their duties, shall control their tempers and exemise the <br />utmost patience and discretion, and shall not engage in argumentative discussions even in <br />the face of extreme provocation. In the performance of their duties, Staff shall not use <br />violent or profane language, and shall not express any prejudice concerning race, religion, <br />politics, national origins, lifestyle or similar personal characteristics. <br /> <br />BETWEEN STAFF MEMBERS The cooperation between the various Staff members <br /> <br />is absolutely essential to local government service.
