VIII. <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />C o <br /> <br />BUSINESS AUTO LIABILITY: Coverage shall have <br />minimum limits of $500,000 per occurrence, <br />Combined Single limit of Bodily Injury Liability <br />and Property Damage Liability. This shall include <br />owned vehicles, hired and non-owned vehicles, and <br />employee non-ownership. <br /> <br />Current, Valid insurance certificates meeting the <br />requirements herein identified shall be filed with <br />the Municipality before the signing of this <br />Contract. All policies shall provide, and the <br />certificates issued shall evidence, that the <br />Municipality will be notified in writing at least <br />thirty (30) days prior to cancellation or <br />modification of coverage. <br /> <br />EARLY TERMINATION <br /> <br />This Contract may be terminated by either party, <br />with or without cause, upon thirty (30) days <br />written notice, delivered by mail or in person, <br />to the other party. For purposes of such notice, <br />the addresses of the Humane Society and <br />Municipality are as follows: <br /> <br />Mr. Michael Schollmeyer, D.V.M., President <br />Greater Anoka County Humane Society <br />1411 Main Street <br />Coon Rapids, MN 55433 <br /> <br />City Clerk <br />City of <br /> <br />MODIFICATIONS <br /> <br />Any material alterations, modifications, or <br />variations of the terms of this Contract shall be <br />valid and enforceable only when they have been <br />reduced to writing as an amendment and signed by <br />the parties. <br /> <br /> <br />
