VI. <br /> <br />VII. <br /> <br />2. License fees shall be turned over to the <br /> the Municipality. <br /> <br />3. The Municipality will not be charged those <br /> costs recovered from pet owners. <br /> <br />4. Charges for services, shall be paid monthly, on <br /> or about the last day of the month, or within <br /> thirty (30) days after submission of the <br /> monthly claims by the Humane Society to <br /> the Hunicipality. <br /> <br />COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS <br /> <br />In providing all services pursuant to this contract, <br />the Humane Society shall abide by all statutes, <br />ordinances, rules, and regulations pertaining to or <br />regulating the provision of such services, including <br />those now in effect and hereinafter adopted. <br /> <br />AUDIT DISCLOSURE AND RETENTION OF RECORDS <br /> <br />The Humane Society agrees to make available to duly <br />authorized representatives of the Municipality and <br />either the legislative auditor or the state auditor for <br />the purpose of audit examination pursuant to MN. Stat. <br />16B.06, any books, documents, papers, and records of <br />the Humane Society that are pertinent to the Humane <br />Society's provision of services hereunder. The Humane <br />Society further agrees to maintain all such required <br />records for three (3) years after receipt of final <br />payment and the closing of all other related matters. <br /> <br />INSURANCE <br /> <br />The Humane Society shall purchase, maintain in full <br />force and effect during the term of this Contract and <br />provide proof of the following insurance coverage: <br /> <br />WORKER'S COMPENSATION: Coverage at statutory <br />limits as provided by the State of Minnesota. <br /> <br />COMPREHENSIVE GENERAL LIABILITY: Coverage shall <br />have minimum limits of $1,000,000 per occurrence, <br />Combined Single Limit for Bodily Injury Liability <br />and Property Damage Liability. <br /> <br />I' <br />I <br />I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> i <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> ! <br /> I <br /> i <br /> <br /> <br />
