I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br />I <br /> I <br /> i <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> <br />III. <br /> <br />IV. <br /> <br />RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE MUNICIPALITY <br /> <br />The Municipality shall call the Humane <br />Society ~or pick-up of animals during normal <br />business hours, or will bring the animals to <br />the Humane Society shelter on a 24-hour <br />basis. <br /> <br />After normal business hours, the Municipality <br />shall obtain treatment for injured animals <br />that are in a life-threatening condition. The <br />Humane Society will pick up the animal as <br />soon as possible after ~reatment. <br /> <br />COMPENSATION <br /> <br />The Municipality shall pay the Humane Society <br />the following fees: <br /> <br />A. IMPOUND FEE: An administrative charge <br /> of $ 30.00 per animal for the <br /> first day o~ impound. <br /> <br />B. BOARDING FEE: $ 9.00 , per day, <br /> per animal, for each day after the <br /> first day of impound. <br /> <br />C. QUARANTINE FEE: In addition to the <br /> regular boarding fee, $ 5.00 , <br /> per day, per animal, for all <br /> animals which must be quarantined. <br /> <br />D. TRANSPORTATION: $30.00 per hour. <br /> <br />E. VET SERVICES: $30.00 per hour. <br /> <br />F. EUTHANASIA: <br /> <br />.31 per pound plus <br />per cc Euth.
