ADOPT <br /> <br /> Case <br /> ORDINANCE REGARDING PERSONNEL POLICY <br />By: Kay McAIoney, Personnel Coordinator <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />At the July 9, 1991 City Council meeting, an ordinance was introduced amending the <br />Personnel Policy of the City Code.
