I <br />I <br />I <br />! <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />Councilrncmbc'r <br /> <br />introduced thc following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION g90-07- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AGREEMENTS BETWEEN THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY AND RECIPIENTS OF 1990/1991 FEDERAL COMMUNITY <br />DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT FUNDS FOR PUBLIC SERVICE AGENCIES <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, 1990 and 1991 Federal Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) <br />monies have been made available to the City of Ramsey; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Anoka County Officials administering CDBG funds require that the City <br />enter into a contract with each provider of services; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, at its meeting of July 23, 1991, the P,.amsey CDBG Subcommittee <br />recommended 1990/1991 CDBG funding to public service agencies as listed below: <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That authorization be granted to the Mayor and the City Administrator to execute <br />agreements between the City of Ramsey and the following organizations for the provision <br />of human services in accordance with Federal CDBG regulations: <br /> <br />Amount <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the __ day of ,1991. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br />5/, <br /> <br /> <br />
