On November 6, 1989, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission conducted the public <br />hearing for Carr P.U.D., and tabled the case until their special meeting scheduled November 21, <br />1989. <br /> <br />On November 9, 1989, the Ramsey Park and Recreation Commission recommended acceptance of <br />land or cash or a combination thereof to satisfy the park dedication requirements. <br /> <br />On November 2t, 1989, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission adjourned their meeting <br />prior to addressing this case. <br /> <br />On November 28, 1989, due to lack of a quorum, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission <br />meeting was not called to order. <br /> <br />On December 4, 1989, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission recommended that City <br />Council approve the preliminary plat of Cart Addition P.U.D. contingent upon compliance with the <br />City Engineer's Review and the right to another review by Planning and Zoning Commission prior <br />to final plat approval. <br /> <br />On December 19, 1989, the Ramsey City Council granted preliminary plat approval to Carr <br />Addition contingent upon providing access to County Road #83 and a pre-final plat review by the <br />Planning and Zoning Commission. <br /> <br />On October 23, 1990, the City of Ramsey granted an extension to the f'fling for final plat approval <br />time frame from June 18, 1990 to December 31, 1990. <br /> <br />On December 18, 1990, the City of Ramsey granted an extension to the filing for final plat <br />approval time from December 31, 1990 to February 28, 1991. <br /> <br />On April 23, 199i, the City of Ramsey granted an extension to the filing for final plat approval <br />time frame from February 28, 1991 to October 23, 1991. <br /> <br />In April of 1991, the developer of Hunter's Ridge (aka Carr Addition) approached the City with a <br />proposed final plat that included provisions for access from the plat to County Road #83 and a <br />name change to Hunter's Ridge. <br /> <br />On May 7, 1991, the Planning and Zoning Commission conducted a pre-final plat review, <br />including street alignment modifications resulting from providing access to County Road 4/83, and <br />recommended final plat approval of Hunter's Ridge. <br /> <br />On May 28, 199I, the City Council reviewed the proposed plat modifications resulting from <br />providing access to County Road #83 and the consensus was to recommend that the developer <br />proceed to file for final plat approval of Hunter's Ridge. <br /> <br />On June 11, 1991, the City Council adopted Resolution 91-06-139 granting final plat to Hunter's <br />Ridge P.U.D. <br /> <br />On August 6, i991, the Planning and Zoning Commission reviewed the proposed revisions to <br />street layouts in Hunter's Ridge and recommended City Council approval of same. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br /> <br />
