This subdivision contains 18 lots and 1 outlot which covers wetland. This <br />subdivision conforms substantially to the previously approved preliminary plat which was <br />prepared by Ulteig Engineers, Inc. and revised on August 7, 1990. Although this plat is in <br />substantial conformance with the preliminary plat, I offer the following comments: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />A ten foot drainage and utility easement should be extended around the perimeter of each <br />lot. <br /> <br />Page 1 of 2 of the plat was not submitted. This sheet typically contains the dedication and <br />authorizing signatures.
