I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #91.07. RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF CHESTNUT POND WHEREAS, Good Value Homes, Inc., hereafter referred to as "Developer". has properly applied for plat approval on the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: The South 790 feet of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 26, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota. WHEREAS, on June 13, 1990 the Ramsey Park and Recreation Commission recommended acceptance of cash to satisfy park dedication requirements for Chestnut Pond; and WHEREAS, on July 18, 1990 and August 7, 1990 the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission conducted the public hearing and recommended preliminary plat approval of Chestnut Pond; and WHEREAS, on August 14, 1990 the Ramsey City Council received a feasibility study for utilities and set a public hearing date and granted preliminary plat approval to Chestnut Pond. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the City Council hereby grants final plat approval of Chestnut Pond in accordance with relevant City Codes. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained; and the following were absent: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 9th day of July 1991.
