On August 22, 1989 the Ramsey City Council adopted Ordinance #89-19 which rezoned the <br />proposed Chestnut Hill from R-1 Rural Residential to R-1 Urban Residential. <br /> <br />On October 12, 1989 the Ramsey Park and Recreation Commission met and recommended <br />acceptance of the joint park plan for Cedar Hills, Chestnut Hill and Windemere Woods. <br /> <br />On May 22, 1990, the Ramsey City Council met and approved the preliminary plat for Chestnut <br />Hills as per the City Engineers review dated May 16, 1990. <br /> <br />On June 12, 1990 the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution g90-06-168 approving the phasing <br />plan for Chestnut Hill, Chesmut Pond, Cedar Hills and Windemere Woods. <br /> <br />On May 14, 1991 the Developer filed for final plat approval of Chestnut Hill. <br /> <br />On May 31, t991 the Developer entered into an agreement with the City of Ramsey for Chestnut <br />Hill which included tax increment financing to finance Stage I improvements in Chestnut Hills, <br />Windemere Woods and Cedar Hills.
