! <br />I <br /> <br /> ~ OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />ADDENDUM $$1 TO DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT - CHESTNUT HILLS <br /> <br /> THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into by and between the CITY OF RAMSEY, a <br />municipal corporation of the State of Minnesota (the "City"), and GC~D VALUE HOMES, INC., <br />a Minnesota corporation, whose address is 1460 93rd Lane N.E., Blaine, Minnesota 55434 (the <br />"Developer"). <br /> <br />WITNESSETH: <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4 of Block 2, Chestnut Hills, shall be served by a common <br />driveway. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved that the City of Ramsey and the Developer hereby <br />agree: <br /> <br />(a) <br /> <br />Variances to street frontage requirements specified in Sections 9.50.30 and 9.20.12 <br />of the Ramsey City Code shall be granted to Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4, Block 2, Chestnut <br />Hills. <br /> <br />(b) <br /> <br />The Developer shall dedicate a sixty (60) foot wide drainage and utility easement as <br />shown on the final plat received by the City on May 14, 1991 and approved by the <br />Ramsey City Council on July 9, 1991.
