Cotmcilmember <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #91-07- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF CHESTNUT HILLS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Good Value Homes, Inc., hereafter referred to as "Developer". has properly <br />applied for plat approval on the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br /> <br />The Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 26, Township 32, Range 25, <br />Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />That part of the South 330 feet of Government Lot 3, Section 26, Township 32, Range 25, <br />Anoka County, Minnesota, lying East of the West 984.60 feet thereof and the East 100 feet <br />of the West 1,084.60 feet of that part of said Government Lot 3 lying North of the South <br />330 feet thereof and South of Sunfish Lake Drive as so laid our and established. <br /> <br />EXCEPT that portion of the East 100 feet of West 1,084.60 feet of that part of said <br />Government Lot 3 lying North and East of a line drawn at right angles from a point which <br />lies 1130 feet from the Northwest corner of said East 100 feet West 1,084.60 feet of that <br />part of Government Lot 3 as measured along the South and East right-of-way of Sunfish <br />Lake Drive as now lald out. <br /> <br />The West 450 feet of the South 330 feet of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter <br />of Section 26, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on January 3, 1989 the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission <br />approved the sketch plan for Chesmut Hills; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on January 10, 1989 the Ramsey City Council ordered the preparation of an <br />EAW for Environmental Quality Board (EQB) approval relating to the proposed developments of <br />Chesmut Hills, Windemere Woods and Cedar Hills; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on May 11, 1989, the City of Ramsey received a letter from the EQB <br />acknowledging receipt of a negative declaration and indicating that no EIS would be required for <br />Chesmut Hills, Cedar Hills, and Windemere Woods; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on July 13, 1989, the Metro Council authorized the expansion of the MUSA <br />boundary to include the area of the proposed Chestnut Hills; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on July I0, 1989 the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission conducted <br />a public hearing regarding Chesmut Hills and on July 18, 1989 recommended preliminary plat <br />approval of Chesmut Hills; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on August 22, 1989 the Ramey City Council adopted Ordinance #89-19 <br />which rezoned the proposed Chestnut Hills from R-1 Rural Residential to R-1 Urban Residential; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey Park and Recreation Commission met on October 12, 1989 and <br />recommended acceptance of the joint park plan for Cedar Hills, Chesmut Hills and Windemere <br />Woods, which included a combination of land and cash; and <br /> <br />I <br />I, <br /> <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> i <br /> I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />! <br />I <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br /> <br />
