We would like to obtain a <br />proposal from your firm 'to provide services for the residential subdivision comprised of four <br />contiguous plats. Since we anticipate providing some of the work elements with our own staff, <br />and because of project time lines, 1 would appreciate receiving a proposal which would anticipate <br />the scope of services described below: <br /> <br />Phase 1.A <br /> <br />Improvements would entail approximately 8,700 feet of sanitary, sewer running <br />mostly adjacent to wetland. Sewer depths range up to 35 feet. Plan and profile <br />sheets have been prepared and would be available for use. The route of the sewer <br />is identified in ~een on Exhibit A. <br /> <br />Provide the following basic services on a not-to-exceed basis: <br /> <br />· Revise existing plans as per review of City Engineer. <br />· Prepare contract documents. <br />· Provide contract administration. <br />· Prepare land acquisition easement description and exhibits. <br />- Obtain necessary regulatory agency permits. <br /> <br />Provide the following technical services on an hourly basis with an estimate of <br />probable project costs: <br /> <br />· Provide construction staking. <br />· Provide project inspection. <br /> <br />Phase 1-B <br /> <br />Improvements entail similar footage and alignments of sanitary sewer described in <br />Phase l-A, above. In addition, improvements would also include approximately <br />9,100 feet of 12 inch duct. al iron water main, of which approximately 3,400 feet <br /> <br /> <br />
