These improvements provide municipal <br />services to approximately 75 lots. <br /> <br />Provide the following basic services on a not-to-exceed basis: <br /> <br />Prepare plans for sanitary sewer, storm sewer and water main based upon <br />existing g'mding plans provided by the City. <br />Obtain necessary permits from regulatoo, agencies. <br />Prepare con~act documents. <br />Revise plans and contract documents as per review of CiD, Ensneer by <br />September 15, 1991. <br /> <br />Provide the following supplemental services on a not-to-exceed basis: <br /> <br />· Provide bidding services and contract administration. <br /> <br />Provide the following technical services on an houri>, basis with total estimated <br />project costs: <br /> <br />· Provide project inspection. <br />· Provide construction staking. <br /> <br />Phase 3 <br /> <br />Improvements entail providing concrete curb and gutter and bituminous pavement <br />street improvements to that portion of the development serviced under Phase 2 <br />above. <br /> <br /> <br />
