Are you <br />truly prepared to make this sacrifice? If so, have you discussed with significant <br />others your decision? If so, how do they teel about this? <br /> <br />1/2J3 <br /> <br />Ramsey is a small police department and sometimes conflict in days off occur. <br />Generally speaking, days off and vacations are on a seniority basis, but if all things <br />were equal and you and a fellow officer requested the same days off, how would you <br />resolve the conflict? <br /> <br />1/2/3 <br /> <br />You are working a power shift and it is 0200 hours. You see your partner's squad <br />parked in a dark and secluded business area. You have not heard him/her on the radio <br />for some time. Upon checking you find him/her sound asleep. What do you do? If <br />this is not the first time this has happened, what do you do? <br /> <br />1/2/3 <br /> <br />You and your partner respond to an incident and your partner arrives first. Upon <br />your arrival you find him/her down on the ground and apparently injured. The <br />person who likely did the assault is fleeing the scene and you observe this flight. <br />What would be your first action? Explain <br />your choice. <br /> <br />1/2 <br /> <br />The majority of the time we work with only one squad car on duty. You receive a call <br />of a possible burglary in progress at a residence. The caller stated that there were <br />banging noises outside the house, in the attached garage· It is 4:00 a.m.. While <br />enroute you get another call, this time a possible injury accident. Explain and defend <br />your actions. <br /> <br />1/2/3 <br /> <br />10. <br /> <br />In that Ramsey has a small department, the only supervisory rank is that of Chief. If <br />you were an officer with this agency and you have a personality conflict with another <br />officer how serious would that conflict have to be before you would go to the Chief <br />with it?
