I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #91-09- RESOLUTION REGARDING NORTHFORK LINKS GOLF COURSE OPEN HOUSE AND RESCINDING THE NO-PARKING LIMITATION ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF 153RD AVENUE N.W. TO FACILITATE PARKING FOR THIS EVENT ON FRIDAY AND SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 13 AND 14, 1991 WHEREAS, the developers of Northfork Links will be sponsoring an open house/media tour of the new Northfork Links Golf Course; and WHEREAS, presently the club house and accessory parking lot are still to be constructed; and WHEREAS, City Code Chapter 6.03.03 prohibits on-street parking; and WHEREAS, Chapter 6.03.19 authorizes the City Engineer to designate time zone parking on City streets. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY cOuNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the no-parking limitation on the south side of 153rd Avenue N.W. for a distance of one-half mile east of the railroad tracks be rescinded for the dates of Friday, September 13, 1991 and Saturday, September 14, 1991 to facilitate parking for open house/media tour of Northfork Links Golf Course. 2) That the Police Department will receive a copy of this resolution upon its adoption. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 10th day of September, 1991.
