On June 25, 1991, thc City of Ramsey received written notification that M.G. Asfleford Company <br />was assuming ARADCO's interest in the development of Cedar Hills. <br /> <br />On May 31, 1991 the Developer entered into an agreement with the City of Ramsey for Cedar Hills <br />which included tax increment financing to finance Stage I improvements in Chestnut Hills, <br />Windemere Woods and Cedar Hills.
