Welsh <br />15443 Ramsey Blvd. N.W. <br />Ramsey, Mn 55303 <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Welsh: <br /> <br />After follow-up inspections, City staff has determined that you are <br />continuing to store inoperable and/or unlicensed vehicles on your property <br />at 15443 Ramsey Blvd. N.W. According to our records, you have been <br />notified of this violation of City Code Section 110.19 (Condition of <br />Premises) on April 19, 1985 and June 3, 1986. <br /> <br />The purpose of this letter is to inform you that you have ten days from <br />receipt of this letter to remove the vehicles and bring your property into <br />compliance with City Code.' Failure to comply within that ten days will <br />result in this matter being forwarded to the City Attorney for further <br />action. <br /> <br />In case you are not aware, there are several operations which will remove <br />unused and unwanted vehicles from your property at no charge to you, <br />provided you have title to such vehicles.
