Jim Martin whose father was Chairman of the Planning Board, has provided us with <br />a copy of the 1951 Zoning Plan and Building Code. Please note on page 11, item 2.47; stating that <br />no junk yard would be allowable. In addition, the then Zoning Plan stated that even non- <br />conforming uses would cease one (1) year after the adoption of the Res61ution which was dated <br />March 30, 1951. Therefore, after March 30, 1952, there should be no reason why Stanley Wel~h <br />should be allowed a junkyard as now exists. <br /> <br />MSB:ccr <br /> <br /> <br />
