EXCLUSION OF WARRANTIES <br /> <br /> Property is transferred "as is" to Waste Management. No <br /> <br />warranty of merchantability of the Property or of the fitness of <br />the Property for any purpose is made. <br /> <br /> 4. ~ASEMENT <br /> <br /> By their execution of this Agreement, the Municipal <br /> <br />Parties agree that the Pipeline easement acquired by the Landfill <br />Board from Waltek, Inc. and City of Anoka will be contemporaneously <br />deeded to Waste Management bY quit claim deeds executed by each of <br />the Municipal Parties. <br /> <br /> The County of Anoka also hereby grants to Waste <br />Management a license for purposes of maintaining, repairing or <br />terminating the Pipeline located within the County highway right- <br />of-way from the point that the Pipeline leaves the property owned <br />by Waste Management to the point that it enters the property <br />currently owned by Waltek, Inc. Waste Management agrees to comply <br />with the conditions set forth in Exhibit B when it is necessary to <br />perform work on the PiPeline located within the County highway <br />right-of-way. <br /> <br /> 5. INDEMNIFICATION <br /> <br /> In consideration for the transfer of each Municipal <br /> <br />Party's interest in the Property, Waste Management including its <br /> <br /> <br />
