I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />! <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />DEVELOPMENT PERMIT <br />VE-VE, INC. <br /> <br />On 1991, Site Plan approval was granted by the City of Ramsey <br />("City") to Ve-Ve, Inc., a Minnesota Corporation, CPermittee") to construct a 5,900 square foot <br />building expansion ("Structure") on the property at 14047 Azurize Street N.W., Ramsey, <br />Minnesota, which property is legally described as follows: <br /> <br />The south 200 feet of the north 250 feet of the west 220 feet of the east 880 feet of Lot 1, <br />Auditors Subdivision No. 30, Anoka County, Minnesota; said distance being measured <br />parallel to the north and east line of said Lot 1 together with an easement for road purposes <br />over the north 50 feet of the east 880 feet thereof; all according to the map or plat on file or <br />of record in the office of the register of deeds in and for Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />The south 212.68 feet of the north 462.68 feet of the west 220 feet of the east 880 feet of <br />Lot 1, Auditors Subdivision No.. 30, Anoka County, Minnesota, together with an easement <br />for road purposes over the west 33 feet of the north 412.68 feet of the east 913 feet and ' <br />over the north 50 feet of the east 913 feet thereof according to the map or plat on file or of <br />record in the office of the register of deeds in and for Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />The ("Site"). <br /> <br />This approval is issued pursuant to Section 9.03.06 of the Ramsey City Code. The conditions of <br />this approval are as follows: <br /> <br />STRUCTURE. The Structure shall be constructed as shown on the plans submitted to <br />and approved by the City's Building Official. Approval is given for a steel building wtfich <br />will conform in appearance with the existing building on the Site and in accordance with the <br />Site Plan presented to the City consisting of one (1) sheet handrawn by the Perm/nee. All <br />building plans must be prepared and certified by a registered engineer or architect. <br /> <br />STATE BUILDING CODE COMPLIANCE. The Structure shall be constructed in <br />accordance with the requirements of the State Building Code. <br /> <br />SITE PLAN COMPLIANCE. The Structure shall be sited on the Site as shown on the <br />Site Plan drawn and submitted by the Perminee. <br /> <br />REQUIRED IMPROVEMENTS. The Permittee shall construct and install the <br />following Site improvements on the Site: <br /> <br />Concrete curb consisting of B612 around new parking lot perimeter;, <br />Bituminous parking lot and driveway; <br />Class V installation; <br />Site grading; <br />Fire lanes and entrances; <br />Holding pond. <br /> <br />The ("Required Improvements)". <br /> <br /> <br />
