Counciln~mber inn'oduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION ggl-10- RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF GLENGARRY. WHEREAS, Burnside Trails Development Company, a partnership between Kuhn Homes, Inc and Dennis Chuba, hereafter referred to as "Developers" have properly applied for plat approval on the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: The Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter, excepting the West Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter, Section 6, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota. AND WHEREAS, on September 24, 1991, the City received application and sketch plan from Burnside Trails Development Company for Glengarry; and WHEREAS, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission met on October 1, 1991 and approved the sketch plan of Glengarry and directed the subdivider to proceed to the final plat stage; and WHEREAS, the Rarnsey Park and Recreation Commission met on October 10, 199I and recommended that cash be accepted to satisfy park dedication requirements. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval to Glengarry in accordance with relevant City Codes. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 22th day of October, 1991.
