On October 10, the City received a revised site plan. The revision moved the proposed structure <br />further west than originally proposed. The existing fencing on the site would be extended to <br />surround the structure. Plantings were added along Armstrong Blvd. in accordance with the <br />recommendation of the Planning and Zoning Commission. The applicant is proposing a 50 foot <br />crushed granite approach to Armstrong Blvd. versus the blacktop approach recommended by the <br />Planning and Zoning Commission. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />City Staff recommends approval of the site plan contingent upon compliance with the <br />recommendations of the Planning and Zoning Commission on October 1, 1991, including a paved <br />approach to Armstrong Btvd. <br /> <br />Council Action: <br /> <br />Motion to: <br />Approve/deny the site plan for a cold storage warehouse on Lot 2, Block 1, HY-10 <br />Ramsey 2nd Addition. <br /> <br />Review Checklist: <br /> <br />CC: I0/22/91 <br /> <br />City Administrator <br />City Engineer <br />Zoning Administrator <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />i <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />! <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />! <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />i <br /> <br /> <br />
