Councilmem~er introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption RESOLUTION #91-11-XX RESOLUTION CONFIRMING PERFORMANCE APPRAISAL AND SALARY INCREASE FOR MARY GOMEZ, SENIOR ACCOUNTANT WHEREAS, Mary Gomez began regular full-time employment at the City of Ramsey on October 24, 1990 in a salary grade 5; and WHEREAS, effective April 24, 1991 Mary Gomez was awarded permanent status at the successful completion of her six month probationary period; and WHEREAS, due to her one year anniversary on October 24, 1991, a formal performance appraisal for Ms. Gomez was completed by the Finance Officer and approved by the City Administrator;, and WHEREAS, the one year annual salary minimum for the City's salary grade 5 is $31,925.00; and WHEREAS, the Finance Officer and City Admlnisrrator recommended to the Budget Committee at their meeting of October 22, 1991 that due to satisfactory performance, the annual salary of Ms. Gomez be increased to $32,000 effective October 24, 1991; and WHEREAS, the Personnel Committee agreed with the recommendation of Staff and recommends to the Ramsey City Council that the annual salary of Mm3' Gomez be increased to $32,000 effective October 24, 1991. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: I) That the City Council of the City of Ramsey hereby confirms the recommendation of the Personnel Committee to increase the annual salary of Mary Gomez, Senior Accountant, to $32,000 effective October 24, 1991. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duty seconded bv Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against same: and the following absrakned: and the following were absent: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 12th clay of November, 1991.
